Emerging Business Programs

While many area agencies offer emerging business assistance, the Chamber found that emerging businesses were not getting the opportunity to interact with one another. Chamber programs including the Emerging Business Showcase, and 5 Minute Networking, help emerging businesses succeed, grow, and continue to be vital employers and contributors to our local economy.

The Chamber’s Emerging Business Programs include:

• 5 Minute Networking Luncheons
These monthly lunch sessions utilize a rotating, one-on-one “speed networking” format affording members the opportunity to exchange business cards, brochures and leads with other member businesses. Powered by 5-Minute Networking®, attendees load their business profile on the software website including preferences for who they would like to meet, so repeat attendees meet new people each time.

• Emerging Business Showcase
This is an affordable marketing opportunity for emerging businesses to showcase their products and services utilizing display tables, in conjunction with October's Morning Network event.

• 5-Minute Networking® After Hours
Held in conjunction with the Business Showcase, this networking event utilizes a rotating, one-on-one “speed networking” format affording members the opportunity to exchange business cards, brochures and leads with other member businesses.
